Return & Exchange Policy

The return or exchange of a product is a right available to all our customers and applies to the products offered in our store.
All products offered in our store are subject to this Return & Exchange Policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition and is returned in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page or through our available phone numbers.
Please take a clear picture of the product and provide the city, address, and order number. The product may be replaced with another product if it is damaged, defective, or does not comply with the agreed product specifications.
The customer will receive a full refund if the product received is completely different from the product presented on our website.
NZH NOVA LLC is not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use or performance of products when such expectations were not stated or guaranteed on the product page.
A 30% deduction, or a minimum deduction of 25 MAD, may apply if the customer simply does not want the product and the product has no defect or problem.
